The moments in the novel that I found more striking were two. The first one was when Daisy had the car accident and killed Myrtle and Gatsby was accused of the incident. The second one was the moment when Daisy stayed with Tom. She did not even think about Gatsby and she did not followed him or helped him. This really disappointed me beacuse as I was reading the novel I thought that Daisy and Gatsby would end up together.
This novel made me think about how powerful money is and how weak love can be.
If I had the chance to ask the writer one question I would ask him why did he decided to kill Gatsby.
If money is what drives Daisy, why doesn't she choose Gatsby? He was far from poor!

I think that Gatsby would keep on looking for Daisy´s love, and I would prefer him alive because he is a good man.
